For me it’s just the fact I can go in the store and I’m always greeted with smiles I go to the gun department quite often as they are very knowledgeable! Keep up the excellent job!!

Krusty customer service as I walked in the first cashier was cussing under her breath about how she had to face her counter Privileged and entitled. Girls up front disappear when you need help. Tried to ask a simple question and before I could speak she said I'm not open and tried to redirect me to the line. Next cashier no eye contact didn't ask my account number and when I prompted I got a dirty look. Used to be a weekly stop Competition gets my attention $$$

I am glad to be able to walk into the Helena, MT store and find so many choices for women's clothing. Lately, I am very interested in the clothing line from Kimes and Kuhl.

We have had so much trouble with this store over the years. I finally decided to write this review when I opened up the second round of bagged livestock feed this spring that has clearly gotten wet and that they tried to dry it off and sell at full price anyway. This place is going to make someone’s animals bloat or colic. Probably already has. I’ve found mouse poop on feed bags inside the store. Not just a little but a lot. I’ve told staff about this multiple times and they shrug. Not a surprise. The staff are scrolling on their phones and act like customers are a nuisance. To top it off, they now have items marked one way on the shelf that ring up for twice that at the register and won’t honor the marked price. I used to spend $10k-$12k a year at this store for our small business. I am now very happy to take my business to the competitor.

Best store, we saw Santa and his raindear! We even ran into someone my husband knew, years ago, how cool is that.
